Since our first store opened in 1992, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH has provided savvy shoppers with designer clothing and accessories at incredible values. We have established an Executive Development Program for those who want a career in store management.

The Program takes place over a three to five year period, ensuring that candidates are immersed in the Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH culture. They spend the first 3 months in the Executive Development Program, focusing on selling, service and merchandising. Then they hone these skills – as a Service and Selling Manager.

Their final destination is Store Director, responsible for driving sales, profitability and customer satisfaction. Their years of hard work have helped them become invaluable leaders, as they promote the company’s mission and values, and foster a work environment that encourages diversity, mutual respect and teamwork.
