  • Plans and executes social media content for Men’s, Beauty and Home 
  • Works cross-functionally with many teams across the organization such as Ecommerce, Creative, Integrated Marketing, Sample Management and more 
  • Manage styling direction of social assets per divisions 
  • Possess strong organizational skills and have an understanding of business priorities

Role Description:

  • Responsible for Men’s, Beauty and Home divisions, including: 
    • Ideate and prioritize features based on key trends, vendors, items 
    • Vet influencer needs and selection 
    • Creates campaign and content proposals/SOWs for review as well as compiles marketing briefs for the creation of assets 
    • Review & select assets for categories, present to team for sign off 
    • Ensure category representation in social roadmap and cadence docs 
    • Creates & edits social content (IG Stories, Reels, IGTVs, etc.) 
  • Manage monthly Div roadmap and compile weekly Social comp decks/calendar cadence
  • Execute monthly reporting and campaign-specific reports 
  • Lead specific seasonal events/campaigns in terms of strategy, concept and creative (e.g. Holiday, Pride, Black History Month, Partnerships, Men’s Fashion Week) 
  • Alternate posting across channels 
  • Partner with Ecommerce team on execution strategies to ensure business objectives are met and to ensure all product is live for editorial features 
  • Partner with Creative team to ensure assets are optimized for social channels 
  • Own Twitter strategy and posting cadence 
  • Attend & covers real time events 
  • Support community management, partner with Customer Service team to advance proactive efforts 
  • Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, best practices and news touchpoints or platforms

  • Have an understanding of and passion for social media 
  • Very strong organizational and project management skills 
  • Attention to detail a must
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. 
  • Thrive in fast paced environments 
  • Resourceful, proactive, takes initiative 

You Also Have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or fashion merchandising
  • 2-3 years digital marketing & social media experience 
  • Strong command of design and content editing skills. Experience in copywriting & graphic design a plus.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and, if hired, present proof of vaccination prior to beginning employment
