Early Career Development Program

Program Overview

The Early Career Development Program (ECDP) provides participants with connectivity, cross-functional exposure, and the skills necessary to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic, luxury digital retail organization. In addition to on the job experience, the 12 month program offers a robust training curriculum that includes formal and experiential learning, various assessments, and a final project to sharpen technical and power skills necessary to succeed in their role at Saks.

The program is designed to help participants increase self awareness and gain insight into their function by providing networking and developmental opportunities while tracking progress. You will be challenged to think differently and collaborate with teams and business partners while expanding your mindset to think and act strategically, be innovative, and take risks.


What to Expect from the Program

As a participant in the ECDP, you will have the opportunity to create connectivity amongst other program participants, as well as across the organization, by taking part in cohort team building activities and cross functional networking. You will gain a holistic understanding of the business by being exposed to each function of the organization through business 101 courses, Leadership roundtables, and site tours.
