Marc Metrick
Chief Executive Officer

​​​​​​​Marc Metrick is Chief Executive Officer of Saks. Prior to being appointed CEO of Saks in March 2021, he was with Saks Fifth Avenue and HBC since 1995, and assumed leadership of Saks Fifth Avenue in April 2015. Marc is a highly accomplished retail industry executive with deep experience in strategy development, merchandising, marketing, operations and finance. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the National Retail Federation, and he is on the Advisory Board of the Jay H. Baker Retailing Center at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Marc holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Boston University.
Emily Essner
Chief Marketing Officer

​​​​​​​Emily Essner is Chief Marketing Officer of Saks, where she is responsible for the marketing strategy including growth, brand, creative, public relations, communications and events across Saks, the ecommerce company, and Saks Fifth Avenue stores. Prior to being appointed to this role in March 2021, Emily was Chief Marketing Officer of Saks Fifth Avenue as of July 2020. Previously, she held various leadership roles with Saks Fifth Avenue and HBC across marketing, business operations and corporate strategy. Before that, Emily was with McKinsey & Company. She holds a master’s in business administration from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree in international relations and Spanish from Mount Holyoke College.
Sarah Garber
Chief People Officer

​​​​​​​Sarah Garber is Chief People Officer of Saks, where she is responsible for the strategy and initiatives behind Saks’ people and culture. Prior to being appointed to this role in March 2021, Sarah was Chief People Officer of Saks Fifth Avenue as of July 2020. Previously, she held various human resources leadership roles at Niles Audio Corporation and Magnolia, a Best Buy Company. Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and biology from Ohio Wesleyan University. 
Mike Hite
Chief Technology Officer

Mike Hite is Chief Technology Officer of Saks, where he is responsible for overseeing Saks’ internal information technology systems, and for building and innovating the Saks online experience. Prior to joining Saks in April 2021, he served in a leadership IT role at Jane Street. Previously, he held business and finance roles at WeWork, Airbnb and Bain Capital. Mike holds a master’s in accounting from Bentley University and a bachelor’s degree in history from Colgate University.
Tracy Margolies
Chief Merchandising Officer
​​​​​​​​​​​​Tracy Margolies is Chief Merchandising Officer of Saks, where she oversees the merchandising strategy and initiatives across Saks, the ecommerce company, and Saks Fifth Avenue stores. Prior to being appointed to this role in March 2021, she was Chief Merchandising Officer of Saks Fifth Avenue as of May 2015. Previously, Tracy was Vice President, Divisional Merchandise Manager for women’s footwear at Saks Fifth Avenue. She began her career in fashion at Bergdorf Goodman. In 2022, Women’s Wear Daily honored Tracy on its list of the 50 Most Powerful Women. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University Maryland.
Sunny Park
General Counsel

​​​​​​​Sunny Park is General Counsel of Saks, where she is responsible for managing legal affairs across the company. Prior to being appointed to this role in March 2021, she was General Counsel of Saks Fifth Avenue as of July 2020. Sunny previously served as Deputy General Counsel at HBC and Associate General Counsel at Saks Fifth Avenue. She also previously held legal roles at American Express, Loeb & Loeb LLP and Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison. Sunny holds a Juris Doctorate from Columbia Law School and a bachelor’s degree in art history from Columbia University.
RJ Cilley
Chief Operating Officer

RJ Cilley is Chief Operating Officer at Saks, where he oversees Fulfillment Centers, Logistics, Business Operations and Marketplace, Photo Studios, Item Lifecycle, Customer Experience and Servicing, as well as our Bangalore team's digital operations. Prior to being appointed to this role in March 2021, RJ held leadership roles across digital, business operations and corporate development at Saks Fifth Avenue and HBC. Previously, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at BMO Capital Markets. He also previously served as an associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. RJ holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and organization from Penn State University.







Kristin Maa
SVP, Growth

​​​​​​​Kristin Maa is Senior Vice President, Growth at Saks, where she is responsible for growth and retention marketing and online category growth. Prior to being appointed to this role in March 2021, Kristin held various leadership roles across marketing and business strategy at Saks Fifth Avenue and HBC. She was previously with McKinsey & Company. Kristin holds a master’s in business administration from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.










Stephanie Salierno
SVP, Merchandise Planning

​​​​​​​Stephanie Salierno is Senior Vice President, Merchandise Planning at Saks, where she is responsible for merchandise planning and inventory management across Saks, the ecommerce company, and Saks Fifth Avenue stores. Prior to being appointed to this role in March 2021, Stephanie was SVP, Merchandise Planning at Saks Fifth Avenue as of July 2019. Previously, she held various leadership roles in buying and merchandise planning at Saks Fifth Avenue. Before that, Stephanie held roles at Coach and Kenneth Cole. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Fairfield University.
